May  17, 2010  Oakhaven Annual Homeowner Meeting Minutes

Attendance was taken

Meeting Called to Order 7:10pm

2009 activities reviewed

Budget Review

Discussions centered on potential Pavillion, additional swings, electricity.

Potential to reclaim, walking trail on the corner of Hill and oakhaven.

Potential for street light on English to tap into for power for sign.

Current Business

Fence issues.

Motion made to allocate $4,000 for legal action to enforce association covenants.  Vote Passed 12-4.

Motion made for” estimated excess money in legal  fund to be used for New Covenants” Vote Passed  18-0

No nominations were made for Treasure.  Dave Lund agreed to stay on as treasurer until a replacement can be found.  Election of Treasurer was tabled.

Budget was presented for approval.

Motion to approve budget without a management company was approved 18-0
